ran out of time for this - but this visit to the surgery really impressed me including reception, very enthusiastic in terms of providing feedback and helping us to understand what may or may not be happening to my father, He didn't make us feel rushed and was happy for me to express my concerns as well as my fathers, finally we feel we have been taken seriously. Thank you.
